Formerly from Massachusetts, I currently live in Vero Beach, Florida. Following the joy of painting New England and Cape Cod scenes, the transition to painting Florida landscapes was challenging and exciting.

Being able to produce art in different mediums including paint, pen and ink, clay and fabric for most of my adult life has broadened my artistic perspective. Other art experiences include commercial art, editorial, advertising and book illustration.

My customers are both private and corporate and I have been honored to receive a Massachusetts Fine Art Grant and have received awards for my paintings in several juried art shows.

Currently, my inspiration and focus is on the scenes and subjects which surround me. I find color very enticing and am continually evolving my painting style to paint dramatic light effects, patterns of shadows and displays of rich color. Other themes are of beach and umbrella scenes and dogs in humorous situations. I have interest in a wide variety of subjects.

My originals and prints may be purchased on my website, in Florida and at various locations on Cape Cod.
